About meI’m a qualified counsellor with eight years’ experience working in schools and four years supporting adults.I’ve worked with children, young people, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, neurodiversity, bereavement, and family conflict.Around 30 years ago I worked in family law, where I often saw emotional struggles that legal processes couldn’t resolve. My own experience of grief—and the support I received through counselling—also shaped my decision to train as a therapist. These experiences continue to inform the steady, empathic way I work today.
